Founder
An operator’s perspective. An owner’s time horizon.
The founder story
Patrick grew up in Kentucky and later moved to Jacksonville, drawn by the opportunity to build a life and a business future in a growing city. His experience has been shaped by restaurant operations, customer relationships, and the practical work of helping businesses understand how they run.
Working across restaurants and service businesses made one thing clear: good ideas are only part of the equation. Consistent operations, useful information, and attention to the customer experience help turn a promising idea into a stronger business.
That perspective informs McMillion Ventures. Patrick is interested in building and acquiring businesses, applying technology where it genuinely helps, and creating marketing that brings people and businesses together.
He is not trying to chase every new trend. The aim is to build with discipline, learn from the work, and focus on ownership and long-term value creation over consumption.
Areas of focus
Patrick’s point of view is grounded in operating work and shaped by a desire to build businesses that can stand on their own.
